To start this quest, head northwest from Lookout Landing toward Lake Totori, where the Rito Village is located. At the end of the road to Rito Village, you will see a tent on the left. Go inside, and you’ll find Penn and Traysi. Talk to them, and you will start the Lucky Clover Gazette questline.
