Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a side quest called “A Call From the Depths,” which tasks the player with finding the Goddess Statue’s stolen eyes. Here’s how to complete it.
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Guide – How to complete A Call From The Depths quest
Before you begin, check out the four possible spots where these eyes might be hiding.
Location #1
When you get here, there will be ice structures all over the mountain. Melt the ice structures to find the eye, then throw it down the nearby Chasm. Putting a flame emitter on a shield is a great way to melt ice.
Location #2
Pay close attention to the small creek when you get to this Chasm. At the bottom of this creek is the eye you need. Using Ultrahand, pull the eye out of the water and throw it into the nearby Chasm.
Location #3
In this spot, there is a wall with a pile of rocks stuck into it. Use a bomb or a blunt weapon like a club to break these up. The eye will reach under the rubble, grab it, and give it a good heave.
Location #4
This Chasm will be located high on a mountain. To get there, we recommend using the Ascend power. Once you do, use Recall on the fallen rock near the water. Run and grab the eye from its resting place when the rock flies into the sly. Toss it in to begin the next step of the quest.
You must now dive into each Chasm and bring the eye you dropped into each one to the Bargaining Statue in the Great Abandoned Central Mine. It’s also where you can get the Autobuild system.
You can approach this part of the quest in several ways. Each eye you pass through the Chasm will land near a convenient pile of Zonai devices from which you can craft vehicles. Attach the eye to whatever vehicle you make with Ultrahand and transport it to the Bargainer Statue separately.
Place each eye into one of the four slots on the head of the Bargainer Statue. When you’ve placed all four, the statue will awaken. As a reward, you can select either one heart or one stamina segment. It will also sell a variety of items in exchange for Poes.
That’s all there is to it for the A Call From the Depths side quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
