New islanders have been spotted wearing some of last year’s iconic outfits, including a Versace dress, which is drawing attention to Love Island’s commitment to secondhand fashion.
eBay, which is competing to become the go-to place for chic pre-owned clothing, has teamed up with the popular show to promote thrifted clothing.
Tasha and her boyfriend Andrew Le Page came in fourth place in 2017; she is now an eBay and pre-loved collaboration ambassador.
The 23-year-old model, who has recently reconciled with her long-lost brother, has also been dropping collections on the site regularly and debuted an exclusive knitwear range in the weeks leading up to the return of Love Island.
After a long hiatus, the villa has returned to our screens, and Tasha has been posting photos of the new housemates wearing Tasha’s old wardrobe.
Tasha wrote, “aww I remember when I wore this in the villa” next to a photo of herself and Tanyel, her 26-year-old hairdresser, both wearing the same pastel pink and mint green playsuit.
Meanwhile, newcomer Zara Lackenby-Brown was seen recycling Danica Taylor’s pink I AM GIA co-ord set on the show.
Tasha paired off with Andrew Le Page, a 27-year-old estate agent, on her first day in the Love Island villa, but the two had a rocky journey on the show despite ultimately placing fourth.
After being sent to Casa Amor separately, they “recoupled” with new explosive revelations.
Even though Andrew fell for the shot girl Coco Lodge, Tasha had her eye on the roofer, Billy Brown.
After a tumultuous reunion during which Andrew remarked that Tasha “tells more lies than Pinnochio,” the two reconciled and made it official while still in the villa.
The couple just celebrated their six month anniversary and is still going strong.
Winners Ekin-Su Cülcülolu and Davide Santi, runners-up Luca Bish and Gemma Owen, and third-place finishers Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope all made appearances in the show.
After dating for three months, Luca and Gemma, the daughter of legendary footballer Michael Owen, broke up in November 2022. Gemma was recently spotted on a family vacation in Dubai.
However, six months after the conclusion of their respective series, Ekin-Su and Davide, and Indiyah and Dami, are going strong.
