Elizabeth Hurley celebrated her son Damian’s 21st birthday by posting a series of adorable throwback photos with him and thanking him for “making her life infinitely better.”
The 57-year-old shared a touching note with her son when her ex-husband, Steve Bing, tragically took his own life in 2020.
In her sweet message to Damian, Liz referred to him as her “North, South, East and West” in the loving message. “Darling @damianhurley1, you have been my North, my South, my East and my West for 21 years.”
“When you burst into my life, you made it better in every conceivable way. You are my unique, glorious son and I am so proud of you and love you with every fibre of my being.”
“Since the day you were born I have always kept my powder dry and my lioness claws sharpened, and I always will. Familia supra omnia, happy 21st,” she concluded.
Damian posted a picture of himself with an open pink linen shirt and white linen pants on his personal Instagram account, which has over 140k followers.
His mother, Liz, was the first to comment on the photo, writing “I [love emoji] you” with the caption “Damian Day!! 21!!.”
Supermodels such as Naomi Campbell and Munroe Bergdorf wished him a happy birthday with messages such as “Happy Birthday @damianhurley1” and “Happy bday honey xxx”

In the footsteps of his late father, Damian turns 21 just months after finishing his debut feature film as writer and director.
“Officially finished shooting my first ever feature as writer/director,” he said to his fans.
“I can’t begin to sum up how intense and wonderful the past few months have been- I’m truly blown away by the inspiring and talented people I’ve been able to work with- with immense gratitude to my phenomenal cas.”
As an afterthought, he remarked, “I’m so so proud of this film and REALLY want to share lots and lots right now (sadly not allowed as nearly every photo I have contains a huge spoiler lol) but WATCH THIS SPACE. More coming very, very soon xx.”
