Phase Details
Level Cap Increase and the Sunken Temple
Phase 3 raises the level cap to 50, with the revamped Sunken Temple serving as the new raid to test your skills. This 20-player raid (a first for the season) features at least one fresh encounter and updated mechanics, similar to what we saw in Blackfathom Deeps and Gnomeregan. Prepare to conquer the temple and potentially unlock a new world buff!
More Gear and Customization Options
Phase 3 expands your power with additional Helm and Bracer runes. Treasure hunters, keep your eyes peeled! There might be more hidden skill books lurking in level 40-50 dungeons, and exciting world discoveries like the Cozy Sleeping Bag could be waiting to be found.
Nightmare Incursions
Something stirs in the Emerald Dream! Phase 3 introduces a brand new PvE world event called Nightmare Incursions. Join forces with the Emerald Wardens and enter the Nightmare through portals scattered across Ashenvale, Duskwood, the Hinterlands, and Feralas. The specifics remain shrouded in mystery, but new items and loot await those who brave the nightmare.
Blood Moon Revamp and New Rewards
While new zone PVP activities are sidelined for now, the Blood Moon event gets a refresh. Earn “Massacre Coins,” a new currency, to purchase awesome level 50 rewards. Remember, Bloodstained Commendations are getting retired in Phase 3, so use them before they expire on April 18th!
Standard PVP enthusiasts will also see updates to existing items and a chance to earn new 6-piece level 50 sets with powerful set bonuses.
