Jenny Powell, 55, shows off her yoga moves in a plunging top and shorts – much to the delight of her 132k followers.
In an Instagram post, Jenny showcased her incredible flexibility and looked sensational.
Her plump blue vest, teeny shorts, and confidence radiated as she practised the classic yoga poses.
Jenny’s caption for the eye-popping video read: “Been feeling groggy, partaayed too hard, this little spontaneous yoga sesh did me the world of good!”
According to the brunette’s caption : “It’s been a full-on Summer! Work, kids and play and who feels like they need a holiday ?! I haven’t been practising my yoga quite as much as I normally do.
“So broke myself in with this little session … made up some moves, stretched a little, quick inversion and a child’s pose or two. Move within your limits and bring on a fit and flexible funky September!”
