For a long time, players have been anticipating the release date of MotoGP 23. When will Milestone make the official announcement? This is all we know so far.
MotoGP 23 release date
There is no official release date for MotoGP as of this writing. However, we can anticipate that it will be released around the same time as its predecessor, MotoGP 22. This will be revealed in a reveal trailer, which is typically released in late February, two months before the release date. The headline feature of the new game is usually included in the announcement trailer.
Platforms & editions
MotoGP 23 will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X | S. It’s unclear whether MotoGP 23 will be available for PS4 and Xbox One users. MotoGP 22 debuted on last-generation systems, but MotoGP 23 could make the full transition to next-gen.
MotoGP 22 did not have any special editions. That is likely to be the case for MotoGP 23, as there haven’t been any special editions since MotoGP 20.
Pre-order and price
If MotoGP 23 is cross-generational like MotoGP 22, it will most likely cost £59.99 on PlayStation and Xbox. The Steam version is usually less expensive, costing around £39.99 at launch. If MotoGP 23 is not available on last-gen systems, it may be cheaper on next-gen systems. It wouldn’t be surprising if Milestone reduced the launch price of the PS5 and Series X | S to £49.99 or even £44.99.
Note: Pre-orders for MotoGP 23 aren’t available yet. They will be available when the game’s reveal trailer comes out, which is in a little over a month.
