The press have been saying a lot about Angelina Jolie and her engagement ring, mostly because we all want to pretend that even Angelina Jolie turns into a complete Bridezilla when it’s her turn to walk down the aisle. According to reports, Angie isn’t happy with her amazingly expensive white diamond ring which Brad co-designed. The classic design took a year to make according to Los Angeles jeweler Robert Procop who assisted with the design:
“Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realised over a yearlong collaboration.He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suite Angelina’s hand”.
A source commented that Angelina simply doesn’t like the diamonds:
“Nothing against Brad’s design. She’s just never been enamored of white diamonds.She isn’t fond of it”.
The same insider reveals that Angelina wanted something less traditional and more “bling” (she doesn’t seem like the bling type, but ok). She doesn’t even like the jewels used throughout and wished Brad had made it using her favourite instead:
“Emeralds are her favourite”.
