Week 6 fantasy injury update: Marquise Brown, Keenan Allen, Kyle Pitts

1. Marquise Brown

The Cardinals’ Marquise Brown missed practice on Wednesday due to a foot injury.

Brown was listed on the Cardinals’ injury report as a limited participant last Friday, but he played 94% of the offensive snaps against the Panthers, catching six of 11 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown.

His availability for Sunday’s game against the Eagles should be monitored as the weekend approaches.

If Brown plays, he will face Philadelphia cornerback Darius Slay.

2.Keenan Allen

Allen (hamstring) did not participate in the Chargers’ practice on Wednesday, and after aggravating his hamstring at the end of last week, he is on track to miss his fourth straight game.

Allen left the Chargers’ Week 1 game against the Raiders, and if he’s out again, fellow pass-catchers Mike Williams, Josh Palmer, and Gerald Everett will all see increased workloads and should be started in 12-team leagues.

3.Kyle Pitts

UPDATE: According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Pitts (hamstring) is officially listed as “questionable” for Atlanta’s Week 6 home game against San Francisco.

UPDATE 3: Pitts has been ruled out of Sunday’s game in Tampa Bay.

UPDATE 2: Pitts was listed as a “DNP” for Atlanta on Thursday.

UPDATE: Pitts (hamstring) was not seen during the media portion of Thursday’s practice, according to ESPN’s Michael Rothstein.

Pitts (hamstring) was a late scratch for Atlanta in practice on Wednesday.

Missing Wednesday’s practice isn’t necessarily a big deal, but if Pitts can’t go on Thursday, his Week 5 status becomes concerning.

In the Falcons’ 23-20 win over the Browns in Week 4, he played 62 percent of the snaps and caught one pass on four targets for 25 yards.

Pitts has been arguably the most disappointing tight end in the first four weeks, and if he is able to play, he is nothing more than a low-end TE1.
