SUMMARY
- Davis Mills
- Mike White
- Matt Breida
- Ke’Shawn Vaughn
Let’s devive to it.
1. Davis Mills
James Conner (shin) is expected to play in Week 18 against San Francisco, but Clement is worth adding in case Conner is ruled out.
Clement took over for Conner in Week 17 against Atlanta, gaining 32 yards on seven carries with no catches on one target.
Clement would be a flex option in deeper leagues if he started in place of Conner against the 49ers in Week 18.
2. Mike White
Conklin had a strong game with Mike White in Week 17 against Seattle, catching six passes for 80 yards on six targets, and he now has at least six targets in three of four starts with White.
The Dolphins rank third in Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season, and Conklin is worth starting in all leagues as a low-end starter.
3. Matt Breida
Because they are guaranteed the No. 6 seed in the NFC, the Giants may rest players in Week 18. With that in mind, playing Saquon Barkley at Philadelphia makes no sense.
If Barkley is rested, Breida should see increased playing time and should be considered as a flex option.
He’d be playing with other backups, lowering his chances of a big game, but he only had 67 total yards in mop-up duty against the Colts in Week 17.
Gary Brightwell (2 percent rostered) could also see touches for the Giants, but if Barkley is going to rest, Breida is the only option to consider right now.

4. Ke’Shawn Vaughn
The Buccaneers have stated that they intend to play their starters in Week 18 at Atlanta, but this may be for limited action due to their lock on the No. 4 seed in the NFC.
With that in mind, it doesn’t make sense to give Leonard Fournette or Rachaad White much work. We’re probably going to see a lot of Vaughn and Giovani Bernard (1 percent rostered), with Vaughn getting the majority of the carries.
In limited playing time this season, he hasn’t done much, but in 2021, he scored at least 11 PPR points in two of his final three games. He’d be a flex play if we knew ahead of time that Fournette and White weren’t going to see much action in Week 18.
