1. Cole Kmet, TE, Bears
Kmet has caught three touchdown passes in the last two weeks. In a favorable matchup against the Dolphins, he caught a season-high five passes (six targets) for 41 yards and two touchdowns, and he’s as good a streaming option as you’ll find in Week 10.
The Lions allowed the fifth-most FPPG to TEs entering Week 9, so Kmet has a solid floor this week.
2. Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, Panthers
Marshall hauled in three of six targets for 53 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals, a week after setting a season high with nine targets and 87 yards.
Yes, the touchdown came in garbage time, but Marshall has clearly emerged as Carolina’s No. 2 receiver.
He should keep the party going against the Falcons’ 32nd-ranked pass defense in Week 10. Consider him a solid flex with greater upside in PPR leagues.
3. Jeff Wilson Jr., RB, Dolphins
Wilson Jr. is owned in only 51% of Yahoo leagues, but after tying for the team lead in carries (9), rushing yards (51), and scoring a touchdown in his Miami debut, it’s safe to say he deserves to be owned in more.
Wilson Jr. will continue to be heavily involved in Mike McDaniel’s familiar scheme (he also caught three passes for 21 yards), and with a highly favorable matchup against Cleveland coming up in Week 10, he should be in many fantasy lineups.
4. Noah Fant, TE, Seahawks
Fant had been on a roll before stalling in Weeks 7 and 8, but he exploded for 96 yards on five catches (six targets) against Arizona in Week 9.
The Cardinals are notoriously bad against tight ends, so Fant’s performance could be a fluke, but he has another favorable matchup against the Buccaneers in Week 10. Consider him a top streaming option with long-term potential.

5. Mecole Hardman, WR, Chiefs
Hardman has now scored in three games after catching six of nine targets for 79 yards and a touchdown in Week 9.
His nine targets tied a season high, and he’s had at least four looks in four consecutive games.
The Chiefs have shown that they want to use Hardman in novel ways, and with his speed, he has weekly upside.
Because of his high ceiling, he’s a virtual must-start in favorable matchups, such as next weeks against Jacksonville.
