• Mark Andrews

Andrews is dealing with a number of injuries, the majority of which he sustained during a game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He suffered a knee injury early in the game and was forced to leave after landing awkwardly on his right shoulder.

The shoulder injury is described as a strain that is not serious. He did not play in last week’s game, and it is unclear whether he will play in Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers.

He appears to be questionable ahead of their Week 11 matchup, with more information to come closer to the game.

Andrews has appeared in eight games this season, recording 42 receptions for 488 yards and five touchdowns. He’s having a good season, but he hasn’t reached the heights of his 2021 season.

The Baltimore Ravens are on bye in week 10, so fantasy owners are unlikely to start Mark Andrews. The Ravens are holding him out, and he will most likely return in Week 11, but how much he will play is unknown.

If Andrews is unable to recover, TE Isaiah Likely will take over as the Ravens’ starting tight end. Likely started the Week 9 game against the Saints, where he had one reception for 33 yards on five targets.

So far, he has appeared in every game and has 17 receptions for 205 yards and two touchdowns.

UPDATE: Taylor (ankle) participated in full practice on Friday, according to Colts beat writer Nate Atkins. According to The Athletic’s James Boyd, he previously participated in practice on Thursday.

Since Week 4, the star running back has been dealing with an ankle injury. Taylor last appeared on the field in Week 8 against the Commanders, gaining 76 yards on 16 carries.

If Taylor is able to complete a full week of practice, he will be considered an RB1 against a Raiders defense that allows the seventh-most fantasy points per game to RBs.

If he suffers an unexpected setback, Deon Jackson (knee), Jordan Wilkins, and Zack Moss will split time.

• Darren Waller 

Darren Waller’s injury-plagued 2022 season is on hold for at least another month.

According to NFL Network’s James Palmer, the Raiders have placed the tight end on injured reserve. Waller will be out for at least four weeks before he can return.

Waller has been out with a hamstring injury all season and hasn’t played since Week 5, resulting in a significant drop in production.

After missing six games in 2021, the tight end’s current season is going even worse. He had 1,100-plus receiving yards in 2019 and 2020, but has only caught 16 passes for 175 yards and one touchdown in 2022.

Since Waller’s departure, Foster Moreau has been the first-string tight end, while Jesper Horsted has played a few snaps since replacing Waller in Week 5.

Making matters worse, Renfrow’s inclusion on IR eliminates two of Las Vegas’ most dependable weapons who aren’t named Davante Adams.

The Raiders have struggled to maintain consistent offensive production, and without a weapon like Waller in the lineup, the task will only become more difficult. The going won’t get any easier in Week 10 against the Colts’ fifth-ranked defense (sixth against the pass).

We’ll see if Waller is able to return before the end of what appears to be the Raiders’ doomed season.
