- Cut a few plump leaves from Aloe Vera. Use knife to cut up the length of the sides of the leaves. Try not to waste any of Aloe Vera gel which will ooze out.

- Rub gel gently on the sunburn. Be careful not to cram or scratch it. Don’t hide the sunburn if it is treated by Aloe Vera. Let Aloe Vera and the fresh air do their jobs.
- Avoid exposing your skin to the sun until the sunburn has been recovered. Use the gel every few hours till the heat from the burn has completely gone.
