Victoria Beckham has donated over 600 items from her personal wardrobe for a charity sale through online store TheOutnet, and now she has commented on some of her past fashion choices. She reveals that looking through all of her old clothing brought back so many memories for her, especially from the days she used to wear coordinating outfits with her husband David. She admits that she wouldn’t wear a matching look with her spouse any longer but remembers one look that the wore for an exciting event:
”It brought back a lot of happy memories, like the dress I wore years ago to the MTV awards, which was especially created for me by Dolce & Gabbana. This was when David and I were coordinated because that’s what we did in those days. We wouldn’t do it now, but it was fine at the time. The event was so fun – it was in Los Angeles and I remember getting dressed and how special I felt when I put on the dress.”
Victoria adds that she doesn’t take her amazing life for granted and embraces everything because she knows just how lucky she has been in life. She is excited to pass on her memorable clothing items so they can continue to have some amazing experiences with someone else:
”I don’t take any of this for granted at all. I enjoy every single moment. I’ve been so lucky to experience the things I’ve experienced and to meet the people I’ve met and I want to share that with people. And I hope these outfits will have more fun outings on somebody else.”
