Victoria Beckham is a busy woman: not only does she have four kids to look after, but she runs her fashion business and balances other projects all in one go. So, when she finally gets the chance the unwind, what is her ideal night off? The former Spice Girls singer admits she’d rather spent her off time plucking her eyebrows or quietly working on something once the kids are tucked up in bed:
‘Honestly, once the children are in bed I’d rather work or shove on a face pack and pluck my eyebrows. By the time Brooklyn’s finally gone to bed, it’s all I’m fit for. Really, we’re much more normal than people think.’
Speaking on her husband, David Beckham, who recently retired from professional soccer, Victoria says the entire family is so proud of his career:
‘We’re all so proud of David, having supported him at clubs all over the world for the past 15 years and seen how he has been an inspiration not just to me and the children but also to millions of people, we are now just really excited at the prospect of spending more time as a family.’
Commenting on presenting her first fashion collection to high profile magazine editors, Victoria admits she was so nervous and no one let on that they liked her designs during the presentation so she had no idea how it went:
‘Everyone would file in and act so inscrutable. I’d think: “Um, did anyone like it?” No-one would say anything, so I’d just gabble to fill the embarrassing silences – even to the Japanese, who didn’t understand a word I was saying,’
