Tom Cruise recently launched a lawsuit against a magazine which claimed he rarely has time to see his daughter and basically has abandoned her. His lawyer has now opened up on why Tom decided to launch this case against the gossip publication. The actor was so offended by the magazine’s headline that he wanted to fight back and his lawyer claims that Tom speaks to Suri very regularly, at least once a day if not more:
”He talks to her every day, sometimes many times a day. They are together all the time. He is a very caring father and that is at the heart of this lawsuit … He just adores his child but he adores all his children. He is particularly concerned, with the divorce, that [Suri] knows he is still there for her all the time.”
An insider also backs up Tom’s claims. The source comments that Tom feels so passionately about seeing his children that he sent a private jet to pick up Suri and flight her into London so they could get some time together. Tom is supposedly currently residing in London, living in a hotel at the moment:
”Last week, Tom sent his private jet to NYC to pick up Suri so she could come to London and spend some time with him.He is currently staying at a hotel just outside of London. She spent five days with him. He has been working quite long hours on the set, but he was able to have some time off to be with her. They had a really lovely time.”
