Since a few years ago, Jakks Pacific has been making Mario figures, and the company will also make toys based on The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Fans haven’t seen any of the Mario toy designs in an official capacity yet, but a new leak has shown that there will be a lot of choices soon.
Toys from the Super Mario Movie have been leaking online
According to the poster, the company is planning to release a Mario Bros. van playset, as well as Peach’s castle, a 7-inch Bowser figure, and a series of “Mini World” figures.

A video of the stolen toys in action was posted by M&L toys on YouTube, and you can watch it in the player below.
Clearly, Jakks has made an effort to set these toys apart from the rest of the company’s Mario offerings.
There are smaller figures from the Mini World line that come with a Question Block that, when opened, reveals an image from the movie.
Similar opening mechanisms can be found in both the Mario Bros. Van Playset and Peach’s Castle. These designs, however, appear to conceal comprehensive Mario playsets.
The playset inside the van looks like it was taken straight from the movie’s teaser trailer, right down to the Warp Pipes and mushrooms, which seem to represent Mario’s initial exploration of the Mushroom Kingdom.
Meanwhile, a “Training Ground” can be accessed through the entrance to Peach’s Castle. It’s unclear what’s inside the box because the image isn’t very clear.
However, in the film’s first full trailer (which can be viewed at the top of this page), Peach can be seen instructing Mario on how to use the various platforms in the Kingdom. This could be based on that particular scene.

Hopefully, now that these photos have been leaked online, Jakks Pacific will officially unveil some of these toys, along with anything else the company may be working on.
There is already a lot of excitement for The Super Mario Bros. Movie, despite the fact that it won’t be released until April 7th.
If you can’t stand the suspense, Mario fans can always pick up some Happy Meals inspired by the movie at McDonald’s in the meantime.
