Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may be back on after the cheating scandal that shook their relationship – but is everything smelling like daisies for the ‘Twilight’ couple? According to a source, Robert is still struggling to get over Kristen’s cheating and is finding it very hard to trust her again after everything that has happened recently. Now Robert wants them to take it slow:
”Kristen is working hard to try and force the relationship into what it was before. ‘But the truth is, she’s going to have to take it slowly with Robert because he’s still having trouble trusting her again. For him to carry on like nothing happened is very hard. Kristen is eternally sorry for cheating on him and he has forgiven her – kind of.”
Kristen told Robert that her relationship with Rupert Sanders was not sexual, but even though she didn’t sleep with him, Robert is having a hard time forgiving and forgetting so quickly. He’s can’t take it all in and isn’t able to even process that they’ve back together:
”The problem is he can’t forget her infidelity. Kristen claims she never actually slept with Rupert, but Robert still has that nagging feeling of doubt that she did. It’s too early for him to fully accept that they’re an item again, but Kristen is pushing for them to go back to how they were.”
