Kim Kardashian has made headlines for apparently going under the knife despite being pregnant which might possibly have put her unborn child in danger. Reports claim that Kim is desperate to maintain her usual beauty standards even though she’s pregnant because she will do “anything to be beautiful”:
“She’s still getting injections even though she’s seven months pregnant, she’s become more neurotic than ever about her looks, she’ll do anything to be beautiful.”
Kim apparently indulged in some botox but refused to tell baby daddy Kanye West because she doesn’t want him to worry about her and she also thinks he’d be angry if he found out:
“It would really set him off if he found out that Kim was putting his baby in that kind of danger just for her looks.”
Apparently, a family insider says Kim is constantly worrying about her looks, even more so since she found out about the pregnancy:
“She’s so worried about what she looks like – that’s why she’s still getting Botox.”
