Kim Kardashian apparently isn’t fond of the idea of being Kim West. She may not be even engaged to baby daddy Kanye West yet, but since she is with child, talking about marriage doesn’t seem like it’s jumping the gun. According to a new report, Kim is keen on keeping her family name because it has brought her so much luck in the past and has said “no way” to taking on the West name. According to an insider, it’s even an issue they’ve begun to fight over because Kanye is disappointed Kim won’t change her mind:
“Kanye is very disappointed and upset about the whole thing, but Kim is refusing to budge. She also thinks it’s a way to let him know that she is not after him for his money.”
Does it really matter or prove anything, really? Kim is very much a Kardashian and it’s a part of her plasticy empire to be one anyway, it’s just branding babe. Kanye should know that she needs to keep her name otherwise all of that junk with her name on it begins to look super dated when Mrs. West is trying to hock it. Just sayin’.
