She was accompanied by her boyfriend, Justin, and celebrity friends, such as Heidi Klum and Anastasia Soare, CEO of Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Sofia sported a skintight yellow strapless dress with a high slit to showcase her figure.
A series of Instagram posts was shared with her to commemorate the moment, including photos of her star-studded guests posed in front of the yellow cake that matched her cheeky look. On her other post, she posted a video of her friends singing her Happy Birthday while Justin clapped.
As fans noted in her string of posts, the actress had an entire birthday cake with a photo of herself on top.
There were many commenters wishing Sofia a happy birthday, while others called her “vain” because of the cake with her face on it.
One Instagram user wrote, “A birthday cake with your face on it, pretty vain.” Another replied, “Really… a cake with a pic of you [thinking face emoji].”

Earlier this week, Sofia Vergara looked summery as she enjoyed a leisurely lunch with friends and family at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
In a plunging floral dress with a busty design, Sofia Vergara showcased her ample cleavage in a summer-ready look. Vergara’s gorgeous summer dress featured burgundy, dark green, light green, white, peach and black colors.
As part of her look, Vergara wore a pair of white sneakers, topped off with bracelets, rings, and a necklace. Her brown hair was styled long and straight, flowing down past her shoulders and over her chest to complete the look.
