Christine McGuinness revealed how she met her Blue co-star Duncan James and how they both stripped naked for their first meeting after meeting on a popular ITV show.
When Christine McGuinness first met Duncan James, she spent ‘all her time naked,’
The reality star and her Blue star friend first worked together in 2021 on the ITV show The Fully Monty.
Christine gave an update on her “date” on Thursday (April 13) via Instagram Stories.
Christine eventually named Duncan as the one she had been waiting for, but first she said that whoever it was had spent “all their time with her naked” when they first met.
She told fans: “I’m just waiting for my date to arrive, here he is big D, everyone!”
Duncan, 45, approached her and hugged her while pouting for the camera.
He greeted her with “Hey baby.”
Christine, 35, then posted a photo of them together with the caption, “Buns and guns, planning with my soulmate @mrduncanjames you give me life.”
It’s unclear what the pair has planned, but they kept the fun going with more snaps.
Christine and Duncan could be seen sitting side by side on a bench posing for the camera in a second photo.
“We met filming the Full Monty – yes I’ve seen it all,” she wrote alongside the pic.
Christine posed with her pal in a tweed blazer and black jeans, while Duncan wore a black jacket and blue jeans.
Though Christine jokingly referred to their meeting as a “date,” it was not a romantic one, as Duncan is still in a relationship with Brazilian photographer Rodrigo Reis.
Duncan and Rodrigo have been in a relationship since 2019.
Christine, on the other hand, is now single after divorcing her TV star husband Paddy McGuinness last year.
At the time, the pair issued the following statement: “We hadn’t planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
“A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.
“We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life. Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter. We’ll be making no further comment.”
