According to reports, Selena recently split from long-time love Justin Bieber but from the smile on her face, you couldn’t tell. She dressed up in a stunning plunging blue mini-dress which she teamed with embellished white heels, a silver bracelet and danging earrings. Selena and Justin reportedly had a fight during a Mexican vacation and now Selena can’t let it slide so they might be over for good. She looks happy and ready to move on, just telling from the huge smile on her face!
