Scarlett Johansson recently got engaged to her French boyfriend Romain Dauriac but sadly, she hasn’t had the chance to start planning her wedding yet. Scarlett commented recently that her current focus is on her upcoming role as Black Widow in Avengers 2 and she isn’t very big on planning. The actress even shifts the subject by commenting that she feels this year is going to be great for her professionally and that is where her focus is:
”No, I’m busy planning Avengers 2 right now … that’s my main focus. I’ve never been a big planning kind of person. I’d never share it with anybody, but I think more than anything I feel really fortunate to have had this amazing year professionally.”
Commenting on the script for the new Avengers film ”Age of Ultron’, Scarlett says she loves how it is written and thinks the sense of humour is great. She also believes it has great character development because things are moving forward in the film:
”Oh boy! Well, we can expect the Avengers. Joss, again, is back, wrote the script, and is directing. I think the script is dark and it’s dry, it’s got this amazing one-liner, glass-cutting sense of humour. Obviously the script is very cerebral. It doesn’t lose that exciting comic book aspect that people enjoyed in the first film, but it’s smart and it feels like the next installment. It doesn’t feel like a rehashing, it feels like these characters are moving forward, plotlines are moving forward.”
Scarlett reveals that while the film is action-packed and fun, there is also something deeper about it:
”It’s deep and I think that’s why people really respond to the Marvel universe, because the films are fun and exciting and have all that flashy stuff, but there’s a gravity to them. People can expect that gravity this time around.”
