‘Orange is the New Black’ actress Ruby Rose has spoken on her beauty routine, revealing that she prefers budget-friendly products you can find at any drug store. While she has to spend many hours wearing makeup while on set, when it comes to removing all of the products, she reaches for a micellar cleansing water and then moisturises with a light cream. She explained her daily routine:
”When you’re wearing full make-up for hours, you’ll start to break out from just not having that freshness on your face. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water gets rid of all the make-up. I moisturise with a light Cetaphil, which is like the cheapest, most simple product in the world, you can get it everywhere. I love Cetaphil.”
The stunning actress, who plays the role of Stella Carin on the show, says she also likes to wash her face up to three times a day if she has the opportunity, particularly if she is appearing in fashion shows so she can give her skin some time off:
”I wash my face three times a day, if I can. That’s my one important thing. I’ll do hair and make-up and then if I’ve got a break between the next fashion show I’ll wash it all off, do a quick mask and then put make-up on again, just to let my skin breath.”
When it comes to hair maintence, Ruby keeps her short style in check by visiting a barber instead of a hairdresser. She commented:
‘I’ve got my barber in America, Dylan, he’s super famous, he does everyone’s hair, like P. Diddy and everyone.”
