On Thursday, Rhian Sugden posed for selfies while showing off her great body.

She flexed her arms and smiled broadly as she exposed her toned abs and posed without any makeup to emphasize her natural beauty.

Rhian admitted that she had been slacking on her fitness routine recently, despite the fact that she looked toned and fit.

She said, “Completely fell off the gym wagon recently, first day back today.”

She elaborated, saying, “Quick, sweaty, lunchtime session with @aj.fitnesspt Leggings aren’t quite bright enough I don’t think. Thanks @hxmefitness for gym gear.”

Rhian also posed in a skimpy lingerie set for a steamy Tale.

In a previous post, Rhian explained how the strain of her mother’s colon cancer diagnosis and IVF treatment led to the onset of an eating disorder in herself.

She said that eating made her feel like she was “choking,” so she could only eat half a banana and a square of chocolate every day.

Rhian, who has tried IVF six times without success, claimed she would be “fortunate to have just one” child after always hoping for “four or five” sons.

The television celebrity and her husband Oliver Mellor spent £75,000 trying to conceive, yet they are still one of the one in seven couples who have difficulties achieving pregnancy.

Rhian revealed that she developed an eating disorder last summer due to the stress she was under throughout her most recent IVF cycle and her mother’s cancer struggle.

Rhian said, “Last year was the year from hell” after disclosing that she had lost over two stone due to an eating disorder.”

“I’m in a much better place now but in the summer I was so anxious that I felt full all the time and every time I tried to eat I felt like I was being strangled.”

“It was a really horrible choking sensation and for about three months I lived on a square of chocolate and half a banana every day.”

Rhian said she was finally able to feel “on an even keel” after taking the anti-anxiety medication her doctor prescribed.

Rhian shared an honest photo on Mother’s Day, captioning it “challenging” and spoke about how she was having trouble conceiving.

She posted a selfie on social media with the remark, “The reality of Mother’s Day for an IVF warrior. It’s hard’ while wiping away tears. It’s not easy.”

She was laying in bed, looking up at the camera on Mother’s Day, while tears streamed down her face.

She didn’t wear any makeup and let her blonde hair hang loosely over her shoulders, and her caption was refreshingly candid.

After learning from her doctors that she has the egg count of someone at least 13 years older, she announced her intention to begin the in-vitro fertilisation process in 2019.

Rhian claimed she was having trouble maintaining her “brave face” as she shared the news that her fourth round of IVF had failed in September 2021. Whether or if she has attempted a fifth time is unknown.

The stunning woman revealed her human side as she spoke openly on Instagram about how she was feeling low due to her difficult reproductive journey.

Rhian also gave an update by posting a revealing snapshot of herself: “Been feeling blue [blue heart emoji]. Had a hell of a tough few weeks…”

“For those that have been following my journey… IVF round 4 failed ❤️‍but it’s now time for me to pick myself up and carry on!”

“Being in the public eye and trying to keep a brave face on his harder than it looks but I’ve done it many times before and I will do it again.”

“It’s time to stick on my best undies, get myself back to normal and get back behind that camera doing what makes me happy! Big shout out to my support network. You’re the best! ❤️ #ivfwarrior [pineapple emoji].”[sic]

After learning that her egg count is that of a “woman over 45,” Rhian announced in April 2019 that she intends to undergo IVF despite the procedure’s low success rate of “two percent.”

Rhian shared her sadness at being told “I was told that I may never be a mum – and I’m heartbroken.”

“Doctors said I have the egg count of a woman over 45, meaning it’s unlikely I would ever conceive naturally.”

“It also means the odds of getting pregnant by IVF have gone down from 30 per cent to two per cent – which was pretty devastating to hear.”

During in-vitro fertilization, or IVF, a woman receives medical assistance to conceive by having an egg that has already been fertilized implanted into her uterus.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a technique used to help infertile couples produce a child by combining a sperm and an egg outside the body.

After an embryo is implanted in the mother’s womb, pregnancy progresses normally.

Both the couple’s and the donor’s eggs and sperm can be used in the operation.
