  • Interact with the clock.
  • Adjust the short hand to the big upper left circle.
  • Move the long hand to the second small dot beneath the far right big circle.

  • Open the clock to obtain the Clockwork Pinion.

Now that you have the Clockwork Pinion, return to the massive clocktower elsewhere in the biome. Place the gear alongside the other gears, pull the lever, and claim your hard-earned reward.
