According to Xbox Germany, we can expect to learn the official release dates for Forza Motorsport 7 and Redfall on the upcoming livestream.
Release dates for Forza Motorsport and Redfall will be announced this month
The upcoming Developer Direct will “provide fans with an inside look at some of the games coming to Xbox, PC, and Game Pass over the next few months,” according to the announcement. This will supposedly include “the latest info for Xbox games launching in the next few months, including The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends, and Redfall.”
The German translation of the announcement, however, reads as follows (via VGC): “The Developer Direct will focus on amazing features, extensive gameplay showcases and first-time shared release dates for great Xbox titles coming out over the next few months – including The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends and Redfall.”
The upcoming release dates for Forza Motorsportb and Minecraft Legends are drawing near. Meanwhile, both Redfall and Starfield were originally scheduled for release last summer but were pushed back to provide players with “the best, most polished versions of them.” Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft’s gaming division, later called it “the right thing to do.” Both games will come out in the first half of 2023.
Recently, Arkane Studios’ creative director Ricardo Bare responded to rumors that Redfall would be similar to the Left 4 Dead games by saying that it actually shares more similarities with the Far Cry series.
Bethesda has also confirmed that a separate event for Starfield will take place at a later date.
