Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appear to be getting close – so much so that they’ll soon be sharing leather pants and only buying one copy of Vogue to share between them – thrifty! According to Kim, she was upset by the end of her marriage to Kris Humphries, but she believed strongly that she could find love again (probably because she knew Kanye had a thing for her before she filed for divorce?) and now she is so happy to have Kanye who makes her feel special:
“It’s been tough since the break up of my marriage but I always believed I would find love again and I’m so happy I have. I’m always smiling in Kanye’s company and he makes me feel so special.”
According to Kim, she has known Kanye for 8 years and they’ve been close friends for a long time, which is why she thinks their relationship works so well – she believes that when the honeymoon phases dies off, they’ll still have something solid to work with which she believes is important:
“Me and Kanye spend time as friends first and I see a real benefit in that. Once a relationship goes past the honeymoon phase, you need the strong base of friendship to keep it working.”
