Her blonde tresses were lightly crimped as she beamed alongside MIC co-stars and friends Emily Blackwell, Lily Ludovici, Ruby Adler, Rachel Bezzant, and Millie Lindsey for the girly celebration.
Emily, her close friend, looked stylish in a jersey cotton shirt tucked into jeans, with her shining brunette locks lightly curled.
Tiff’s friend Lily cradled her baby bump in one happy photo as they smiled for the camera.
Tiffany had hired a private chef to prepare a lavish spread of pancakes and compote, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and double chocolate brownies.
A personalised menu reading ‘Brunch at Tiffany’s’ accompanied the thoughtful display.
Along with her Easter post, the model wrote: ‘Easter brunch. Been friends with these girls for almost 10 years.’
Tiffany announced her pregnancy in February, sharing the happy news with her 567K followers and captioning the post, ‘Baby McGeehan on the way.’
She wore a cream knitted cardigan and matching trousers from the PrettyLittleThing Maternity collection to show off her bare bump.
Cameron, who was dressed in a matching cream outfit, hugged Tiffany from behind before kissing the baby bump alongside their pet dog Kiki.
