How to Play
Participating in the Pokemon Sleep Eevee Week event is as easy as tapping on the “Sleep” button during the event period. All event-related effects will be triggered during Sleep Research. Make sure to select your research area carefully, especially if you’re on the lookout for specific Eeveelutions.
Event Bonuses
During the Eevee Week event, players can enjoy the following bonuses:
- +1,121 Bonus Sleep Points: Boost your progress in the sleep-tracking game.
- Higher Encounter Rate: Increase your chances of encountering Eevee and its evolutions during Sleep Research.
- Diverse Pokemon: Pokemon of different sleep types will appear during Sleep Research, regardless of the researcher’s sleep type for the day.
- Helper Pokemon Boost: Main skills for all Helper Pokemon are 1.5x more likely to be activated.
Featured Encounters
Take advantage of the increased encounter rates for the following Eevee and its evolutions:
- Eevee: Found in all research areas.
- Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Sylveon: Each evolution is specific to certain research areas.

The base shiny odds for Pokemon Sleep are estimated to be similar or better than Pokemon GO, with approximately a 1 in 450 shiny rate. During special events like Eevee Week, the shiny odds may increase. It’s possible that the shiny rate mirrors Pokemon GO’s special event rate of around 1 in 150 for the featured Pokemon, or it could be even better due to the limited number of Pokemon encounters each day.
