Possibly ONE of the BEST EXP Grinding Spots before E4:
-Get Normal Encounter Power Lvl2
-Equip Lucky Egg (after 4th or 5th Gym!)
-Go to the North and faint Lv46-50 Chansey
(You can even use a low level Ghost Type with Curse + Hypnosis since Chansey has no attack to hit with!) pic.twitter.com/UR4p4tjkEB— LeakyJero (@JeroLeaky) November 13, 2022
The northern half of the Paldea region is one of the best places in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet to grind EXP. With the help of a Normal Encounter Power Level 2 sandwich, you can easily encounter a Chansey between the levels of 46 and 60 in this area. When defeated, they grant a massive amount of experience points, making leveling up any Pokemon a breeze.
You can speed up the process even further by giving your Pokemon the Lucky Egg. Traditionally, if a Pokemon holding it is sent out into battle, it increases EXP gains, so it’s a sure-fire way to get even more from a Pokemon that already dispenses insane amounts of experience points.
Some users even recommend using a low-level Ghost-type Pokemon. Because Chansey’s Normal-type moves have no effect on Ghost-type Pokemon, you can use Curse to defeat it in a few turns, allowing you to quickly train a full squad of low-level Pokemon.
We’ll no doubt discover new ways to level up quickly in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet once the entire world is able to play. In response to that tweet, another early adopter had moderate success defeating the Pokemon outside the Psychic-type gym.
