Nicole Richie was seen stepping out with her husband Joel Madden and kids Harlow and Sparrow as she attended the children’s Christmas school play held at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles. For the fun family outing, Nicole wore a metallic colourful biker jacket worn over a pinstripe loose fitting monochrome shirt, black skinny jeans and Balenciaga black biker boots. She completed the ensemble with a signature pair of oversized sunglasses and a red manicure. Nicole has been keeping quiet as of late, not including the various fashion design projects she been working on which are quite low profile and don’t even require her to make any amount of public appearances.
Nicole and her husband Joel seem to be toning down their careers now that they’ve got a family. It seems as though Nicole was sick of the spotlight anyway, and her design job can still make her money but she doesn’t have to sell herself like in the past when she was a Hilton minion. She seems happy to be able to live without too many paparazzi chasing her around on a daily basis, and even happier that her family don’t need to be protected from the media because she isn’t often targeted. She’s taken a step back from the Hollywood lifestyle and gained a lot in the process – Nicole’s style is just as impressive as ever and we can quietly admire it from afar without having to bother her too much!
