Former England rugby star Mike Tindall’s antics on I’m A Celebrity… are ‘demeaning’ to other royals and have ‘upset’ Prince William and Kate.
Mike Tindall appears to have irritated Prince William and Kate Middleton
Tindall is the first member of the royal family to appear on the reality show, and his anecdotes from Down Under and rapping abilities have won him many new fans.
During the first few days in the jungle, the former England rugby star proved popular with ITV viewers.
However, royal expert Angela Levin has warned that his regal relatives will not be happy with his celebrity.
Mike is said to be paid £150,000 for his time in the jungle, but Angela questioned why a wealthy royal would require such a large sum.

According to the Sun, Mike, who is married to the King’s niece Zara, has left William and Kate “very upset and very sad” since leaving for Australia.
Angela shared: “What’s persuaded him? Is it because he’s bored and wants to have some fun? Is it because he’s desperate to earn more money?
“I think it brings the royal family into disrepute. I don’t think it’s the right thing to say that when he and Zara met they both discovered they like to get smashed.”
“I don’t think that’s anybody’s business, I don’t think anybody should know. It was quite embarrassing to do rapping – I don’t think that suited him. Why is he there for goodness sake?
“I think that demeans not just his wife, but his mother in law Princess Anne – and other members of the royal family. It’s not just a joke.”
Angela hopes that the new monarch does not allow royals to engage in behavior that would previously have been frowned upon.
“I hope the rest of them don’t feel that now there’s a different monarch, King Charles, that he will allow all this,” she added.
Meghan Markle’s Archtypes podcast and Prince Harry’s upcoming memoirs have also recently sparked interest in royal circles.
