After Megan posted a series of revealing lingerie photos from the hotel room on Thursday, the two were spotted cuddling on the bed the next day.
Similarly, Megan’s video in which she sang next to a bouquet of pink roses sparked rumors that she was in a relationship.

Since Oliver and Megan both posted photos of themselves getting tattoos in London the same week, it seems safe to assume that they have been spending time together as of late.
Megan posted a photo of her new “yeehaw” tattoo on Instagram and tagged a tattooist from the London Social Tattoo parlor.
Megan captioned a black and white photo of her getting her first tattoo on two fingers, “Cowgirls first ink.”
She displayed a close-up of her ring finger, which bore the word “yeehaw” in a typewriter font, and her little finger, which bore a tiny red line heart.
On the same day that Oliver got “karma” tattooed across his forearm, he also posted black-and-white photos of the inking session, in which he tagged the tattoo artist who did the work.
Megan posted a slew of enticing lingerie photos on Thursday, all taken, presumably, at the Corinthia.
Megan flaunted her incredible figure in the sexy photos while wearing a red and black floral lingerie set in honor of the romantic holiday.
The bombshell went with a mesh, soft-cupped bra with red petal detailing and a corset suspender belt.
Megan wore a pair of Nike jogging bottoms under her lingerie for added comfort.
She curled a clip-in extension to lengthen her chestnut brown hair and framed her face with a choppy bang cut.
Megan filmed herself in the mirror, giving the camera a seductive look as she flaunted her hot outfit.
There was a scattering of rose petals on the duvet of the hotel bed behind her, perhaps indicating a Valentine’s Day getaway.

A few hours later, Megan posted a video of herself singing a love song on Instagram alongside a bouquet of pink roses.
She started the video by saying, “I think there’s somebody for everyone,” and then she belted out her song “Crazy Life” while dressed casually in a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
She may have been alluding to her own romantic life in the mushy lyrics, which included the line “Somebody’s out there who will treat you right, every day and night, staying by your side in this crazy life.”
