Megan Fox has revealed that she doesn’t feel validated by her work, fame or Hollywood. Although she does realize she has been blessed with an amazing career and has been lucky enough to work with the people she really wanted to connect with including Judd Apatow, she doesn’t get everything from her work. Now that she’s a mother, she says that the best part of her life is being with her family including her new son Noah:

“I’ve never been validated by work or fame or Hollywood or any of that. I recognize the blessings when they come – like, I recognize I’m so lucky to work with Judd [Apatow] – but the ultimate satisfaction for me is being with my son. I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is.”

Opening up on motherhood, Megan admits that she’s wanted to be a mother all of her life but now that it has finally happened she is finding it hard to work because she regularly feels as though she should be spending more time with her newborn than working:

”All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I’ve finally done it… It’s very hard for me to do this stuff, because I feel like this isn’t my job any more. My job is to be with him.”

She also believes her son has helped her with her OCD problem because she doesn’t want him to be like her in that regard:

“When they come out they are covered in all kinds of stuff. I took him right on my chest and, from that moment, nothing he does freaks me out. I don’t want to give him a complex.”
