Megan Fox recently welcomed her first son named Noah with husband Brian Austin Green, and now the actress has admitted that motherhood has made her change her career path. She says she will try to avoid doing anything too sexy in the future because she doesn’t want to be embarrassing her son when he grows up. She says she doesn’t want her son to be “horrified” when he sees her playing sexy roles, so instead she won’t do them anymore:
“It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby. I’m going to be more cautious about choosing films because I’m already thinking about when he’s in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he’s going to be horrified, so that will deter me from making some of the choices I made before.”
Although she says that she did gain some weight during her pregnancy and that she isn’t back to her former weight, Megan isn’t in a rush to lose the extra pounds, instead preferring to spend every spare moment with her newborn son, and all she wants to do is be at home:
I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant and I’m still 10 pounds heavier, but I don’t want to kill myself trying to get back into shape because it’s not a priority right now,” she says in the Dec. 7 issue of the U.K.’s Daily Mirror. “I’m too in love with Noah and I don’t want to be away from him. I just want to be home.”
