Bella Thorne, who has battled cystic acne for years, went makeup-free for a series of fresh Instagram images posted on Friday as she prepared for Coachella.

The 25-year-old actress and model recently stunned during a steamy session, and she captioned the photo, “Fresh Faced Friday!” to her 25.2 million fans and followers. Race you to Coachella.’
The actress from Game of Love said, “Plus if ur a day one u know I fought with cystic acne,” before exclaiming, “look at my no makeup face!!!!” Adding, “my new skin routine is killing it for me,” the celebrity declared her happiness and the effectiveness of her skincare regimen.
The stunning woman was spotted taking it easy in the passenger seat of a vehicle on the way to the desert, where she would join other celebs and festivalgoers for the annual music event.
She wore shorts and a black patterned tee for the drive out of the city, and in the first photo she is seen sticking her tongue out.
Her long, thick locks hung loosely to one side and brushed her shoulders.
The actress “struggled” with cystic acne, the worst kind of acne, and decided to go makeup-free for the photo series to highlight her healing skin.
She took a couple close-up selfies as sunshine streamed in through the windows and sun roof.
Many people expressed their admiration for Bella in the comments area, including her older sister Dani, who said, “A beautiful angel…”

The star of “The Babysitter” has already spoken publicly about overcoming acne and finding confidence in her appearance.
Thorne told Vogue in an interview this year, “I don’t like the whole perfection look. That just never works for me.”
Then, “my skin has been a long time in the works. I don’t even know how many years I’ve had cystic acne, but it started off as dermatitis, and then I tried everything you can think of.”
She said that “there’s something called over washing your face, and when I had really bad acne, that was one of the things I stopped, and it actually helped my skin.”
The former Disney star said to Oh! Magazine in 2021 that she felt more secure in herself after “being real and showing off my imperfections gave me the confidence I have now.”
“Oh, this is what you could look like. I didn’t have to sit there and look at an edited photo of myself and be like. She instead gushed, Rather, posting an unedited photo of me, I can see myself for all my natural beauty and be thankful for it.”
Celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian, who is there to support husband Travis Barker, and stars from Vanderpump Rules like Ariana Madix and Scheana Shay will be joining Bella this weekend at the annual Coachella music festival.
Later on Friday, Bella posted a brief video selfie to her Instagram stories to show off her initial look for the occasion. A white, one-shouldered top with extra material slung around her neck was clearly visible on her.
The star of Midnight Sun dressed up her look with a gold choker, silver hoops, and glitzy ear cuffs. Her hair was pulled back in a stylish bun, with long pieces falling down to frame her face.
She sang along to Ariana Grande’s “God Is a Woman” while she posed for the camera on her phone.
The first day of Coachella was Friday, April 14, and the last day will be Sunday, April 23. Blink-182, Blackpink, Blondie, Bad Bunny, Labrinth, and Rosalia are just a few of the musicians scheduled to take the stage.
