The former Love Island contestant stripped down to show the difference between being nine months pregnant and holding her nine-month-old son.
As she cradled her son, the TV personality wore her long brunette tresses poker straight down her back. She was all smiles as she posed for the sweet photo, wearing a radiant palette of makeup to accentuate her beauty.
In a second snap, Jess showcased her huge baby bump before giving birth to her son as she posed holding flowers.
The reality star also shared a third photo of her ‘giant chubby baby,’ who was sitting on the floor wearing a sweet beige baby grow with a cute bear on the front.
She penned: ‘A few weeks late but 9 months in vs 9 months out. Last slide has me in tears. Look at my giant chubby baby.’
Jess has a son with husband Dom Lever, the name of whom she has chosen not to reveal for the time being.
The couple also has a second son, Presley, two, whom they welcomed in May 2019, seven months after their wedding.
In 2017, the couple met on Love Island and became the first contestants to have sex in the secret hideaway.
After three months of dating, they announced their engagement and married in a romantic ceremony on the Greek island of Mykonos in October 2018.
The couple became the second couple from the ITV2 show to tie the knot, following Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen’s lavish Essex wedding.

The couple dressed down to their underwear for a playful ceremony with presenter Richard Arnold, who had been ordained for the occasion.
