LoL patch 13.6 release date

Patch 13.6 of League of Legends is currently being tested on the FPB server and will be released on March 22, 2023. The following are the key patch rollout times for some of the major League servers:

  • 3 AM PT (NA servers)
  • 5 AM GMT (WEU servers)
  • 3 AM CET (EEU servers)
  • 8 AM KR (Korea)

Ashen Guardian Shen

A new Mythic skin will be available with patch 13.6. As part of their ongoing Ashen Knight theme, the next Ashen Knight skin for none other than Shen has been revealed.

Faerie Court skin line

Patch 13.6 will bring the brand-new Faerie Court skins as well as Milio, the new League of Legends champion. This skin line will be inspired by the Faerie Theme and how the various Faerie races come together to form the Court to govern their race.

LoL patch 13.6 notes

New champion – Milio

Milio is the new champion in League of Legends Patch 13.6. He is an Ixtal male enchanter who offers players an entirely new way to play with his life-saving kit.

Milio Ability Rundown

Abilities Description
Passive – Fired Up Milio’s abilities enchant allies on touch, making their next spell or attack deal a burst of extra damage and burn the target.
Q – Ultra Mega Fire Kick Kick a ball that knocks back an enemy. On hit, the ball bounces behind the target, damaging and slowing enemies in the area upon impact.
W – Cozy Campfire Create an empowering zone that heals allies and increases Attack Range for those inside. The zone follows the ally nearest to the cast point.
E – Warm Hugs Milio tosses a shield to an ally, temporarily increasing their movement speed.
R – Breath of Life Milio unleashes a wave of soothing flames that heal and remove crowd control effects from allies in range.

Champion buffs

Ashe

  • Passive damage increased from 110 percent plus crit chance to 115 percent plus crit chance

Galio

  • E cooldown reduced from 12-8 seconds to 11-7
  • W damage reduction increased from 20-40 percent (plus eight percent magic resist) to 25-45 percent (plus 12 percent magic resist)

Talon

  • Base mana increased from 377 to 400
  • Passive damage increased from 75-255 to 80-280
  • W mana cost reduced from 55-75 to 50-70
  • R damage increased from 90-180 to 90-200

Vayne

  • Passive move speed increased from 30 to 45
  • Q attack damage ratio increased from 60-80 percent to 75-115 percent, Q buff duration reduced from seven seconds to three seconds
  • W percentage health damage changed from 4-12 percent to 6-10 percent

Champion nerfs

Aurelion Sol

  • E cooldown changed from 12-10 to 12
  • Stardust required for R2 increased from 75 to 100
  • R1 stun duration reduced from 1.25 seconds to one second, cast range reduced from 1,250 to 1,100
  • R2 knock-up duration reduced from 1.25 seconds to one second, cast range reduced from 1,250 to 1,100

Veigar

  • Base health reduced from 575 to 550
  • Base attack range reduced from 21 to 18
  • W damage changed from 100-300 to 85-305

Yuumi

  • Q cooldown changed from 7.5-6.25 to 6.5 flat, mana cost increased from 50-75 to 50-100, range/speed reduced
  • R bonus 20-60 resists removed

Item changes

Nashor’s Tooth

  • Ability haste added: 15
  • Build path adjusted
  • Total cost increased from 3,000 to 3,200

Bloodthirster

  • Shield reduced from 180-450 (level 9-18) to 100-400 (level 8-18)

Navori Quickblades

  • Cooldown refund reduced from 15 to 12 percent

Rune Changes

  • Maximum life steal reduced from six percent to 5.25 percent
  • Max health reduced from 100 to 85

Lethal Tempo

  • Ranged attack speed reduced from 30-54 percent (maxes at level 12) to 24-54 percent (maxes at level 18)

Hextech Prowess

  • Ability haste reduced from 9-36 (based on stacks) to 7.5-30 (based on stacks)
  • Bonus attack speed reduced from 9-36 percent (based on stacks) to 7.5-30 percent (based on stacks)

Infernal Might

  • Bonus attack damage and ability power reduced from 6-24 percent (based on stacks) to 5-20 percent (based on stacks)

Mountainous Vigor

  • Bonus resistances reduced from 9-36 percent (based on stacks) to 8-32 percent (based on stacks)

Oceanic Will

  • Health regeneration reduced from 3-12 percent missing health (based on stacks) to 2.5-10 percent missing health (based on stacks)

Skin adjustments

  • Pulsefire Ezreal’s Thruster particles are no longer displaced when casting Trueshot Barrage.
  • Broken Covenant Cho’Gath and Shan Hai Scrolls Cho’Gath Passive heal VFX are now unique.
  • Championship Kalista: Restored VFX overlay appearing on the platform near the end of recall animation.
  • Broken Covenant Rakan’s eyebrows were updated to better match ones from the Splash art.
