Lady Gaga has actually defended Miley Cyrus and her annoying, tongue-sticking out antics – probably because they’re both peas in the same attention-seeking pod. Gaga thinks people are taking Miley too seriously and that they need to “lighten up” because Miley is just doing what she feels is creative. Gaga continues by saying that people can simply change the channel if they’re not happy with what they see and she doesn’t think that everyone needs to criticize the singer for her behavior:
“I mean, I just think everybody need to lighten up and leave her alone. Because it’s pop music. Everybody’s entitled to their own artistic expression, and if you have a problem with it, just change the channel.”
In other Miley news, she apparently un-followed her supposed fiancé on twitter, Liam Hemsworth, without comment. That conveniently comes perfectly timed with her new ‘Wrecking Ball’ video, although she doesn’t even need any more publicity – the song already has 72 million views on Youtube alone and quickly broke Vevo’s record for most hits in the quickest amount of time. She must be doing something right?
