On Sunday, Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills posted a few gym photographs on her social media accounts, flaunting her incredibly trim physique.

Kyle Richards explains how she maintains her slim figure despite denying using the weight loss drug Ozempic

Kyle Richards posted a photo of herself with her dark hair done up into a bun, wearing a black bra, and wearing black leggings.

Her photo caption read: ‘1 hour of alternating between walking at a 10% incline at 3.5mph and running flat at 6mph. Now ab work & arms.’

She included a ‘hello Sunday’ graphic and tagged her trainer @corygfitness in the post.

There have been rumors that the stunning woman used the controversial weight loss medicine Ozempic to get her model physique.

The reality star took the picture in her bathroom, along with sharing a picture of herself on the treadmill and one of her workout statistics.

Kyle has previously posted pictures of herself working out in her at-home gym.

Recently, the TV star has spoken out against the claims that she uses Ozempic to lose weight.

Last month in February, Richards spoke out against the ‘frustrating’ claims, telling Page Six, ‘I had never heard of it.’

‘I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,’ she explained to the outlet.

The star continued, ‘What I don’t want to get lost in this is that I want to be able to inspire people.’

Kyle stated that her slimmer figure was simply the result of a healthier lifestyle and sobriety.

‘I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me,’ and added that she stops by the gym, ‘for two hours every day.’

The reality star adamantly stated, ‘I’ve never tried Ozempic, none of those diet drugs and now hearing that diabetics can’t even get their hands on it, it would be extremely irresponsible to do that so it’s extra offensive to me.’
