Former Hills star Kristin Cavallari, now 36 years old, is launching a new ad campaign for her Uncommon James jewelry line, and she’s channeling her inner mermaid.

The stunning woman was clad in a white mermaid-style gown with low cut sleeves and white fabric scales sewn all over the outfit. She wore multiple necklaces and large, gold hoop earrings as jewelry.
The mother of three posed for the camera with her wavy, layered blonde hair parted on the side.
The reality star said last week that she would be relaunching her Uncommon Beauty cosmetics line.
She told WWD in an interview that she is a proponent of proper skin care but that it never occurred to her to start her own beauty business at first.
‘It wasn’t on my radar, and my marketing guy two years ago brought beauty to my attention — he noticed that the number one question people would ask me about was my skin care routine,’ she said. ‘I knew there must be something there.’
In 2021, the author of True Roots debuted her skincare line Uncommon Beauty, which consisted of a powder cleanser, a vitamin C peptide serum, a moisturizer, and an eye cream.
The relaunch of the brand necessitated the reformulation of all four goods.
‘We wanted to make sure our products were even better than they were,’ she explained. ‘Our five products are enhanced, meaning we’ve put even better ingredients in there.’
‘We also wanted to make everything vegan, which before, our lip balm had beeswax. We’ve removed that and we’ve removed the goat milk powder from our face wash. We’re checking all the boxes for people, because we realize how important that is.’
‘Beauty has the legs to beat the jewelry one day, so in five years, it could be our number-one business,’ she said.
And Cavallari isn’t just the face of the brand; she had a hand in creating it as well.
‘I sent off all the products I was using at the time to a lab, to start questioning things and see what was going in them,’ the True Comfort author said.
‘I found that the high-end, relatively clean products were loaded with chemicals and things that do the opposite of what I wanted them to be doing,’ she continued.
‘I realized there was a need for a clean skin care line that was also effective,’ she came to a conclusion.
