New overhead photographs and footage reveal the gigantic side-by-side residences of Khloe Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner in Hidden Hills.

Both Khloe and Kris live in mansions with swimming pools larger than a standard backyard, although Khloe’s is lighter in color and Kris’s is darker.
The updated photos give Kardashian-Jenner faithful a better look at the luxurious mansions that are close to that of Kim, Kylie, and Khloé’s ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.
Kris, 67, and Khloe, 38, are familiar faces in the neighborhood, having previously made their homes in Hidden Hills and Calabasas.
Kris sold her Hidden Hills property for a rumored $15 million just one year before she and Khloe bought the same lot.
The Dirt reports that eight months later, Khloe sold her Calabasas property for $15.5 million, the highest price ever paid for a residence in the celebrity-favored neighborhood.
Khloe and Kris have moved into their neighboring mansions despite a TMZ rumor to the contrary.
Kris’s new house was initially hinted to in the premiere season of The Kardashians on Hulu last year, when Khloe provided a tour of the place.
These photos show some light work being done to the front of the house, to the left of the front door, thus the interior may not be finished after all.
Just beyond the far left side of the home are more blacked-out windows, temporary wood panels, a folded ladder, and other items of construction equipment.
Dark gray brick is used for the chimneys, the front of the house, and an accent wall along the driveway, and solar panels are installed on the roof.
There are two driveway entrances, one for Khloe and one for Kris, but visitors to Khloe’s house may also access a side area where numerous of the Good American founder’s automobiles are parked.
They also share a large backyard that leads right into Khloe’s yard via a stone pathway and a sparse arrangement of trees.
Khloe wanted to create a bright and airy atmosphere in her home, so she went with a light gray tile roof and bright white walls.
Her home, like her mother’s, is constructed in an asymmetrical U shape, but in reverse.
The large property is encircled by huge trees and privacy fences, yet Kris and Khloe have very little personal space from one another.
Khloe spent the previous two years building both of their houses, which she then featured in an Instagram Story post from May of that year.
