Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson have been a rumored couple for a while now – ever since Robert and Kristen Stewart parted ways. However, Katy has offered irrefutable proof that she’s not dating Robert: she says that she “proper farts” around him and that is not something she would ever do in front of someone she was dating. The singer, who is set to release a new album shortly, commented that she is very close to Robert but only in a brother and sister kind of way and she is proud of the fact that they’ve never turned that in to a relationship:
“OK, so here’s the proof there was never anything going on with me and Robert Pattinson. I fart in front of him. Properly fart. And I never, ever fart in front of a man I am dating. That’s a rule. He’s my bud, I’m like his big sister. We just hang out. The other day, I said: ‘One of the things I’m most proud of is not sleeping with you, Robert.’ And that’s true.”
Katy also says she text Kristen after the rumors began swirling to say that she is nothing more than a friend to Rob. She reveals that she wrote:
“I know you’ve seen all this stuff but you know I would never disrespect you. I’m not that person. I’m just trying to be a friend to him but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t*ts.”
