Katie Holmes loves all things beauty – the actress has previously worked alongside cosmetics company Bobbi Brown, and now she has just been named as the new ambassador of Olay. Opening up on the role, Katie says the partnership makes perfect sense, especially since the company was even founded in her own home state. She says that it thus “feels like home” to work with Olay and she even remembers using their products as far back as high school. She said:
”It’s an Ohio company, so it feels like home to be working with them. They really mean something to women. I remember buying Olay in high school because I wanted to look pretty.”
Katie adds that she believes Olay is a trustworthy brand because not only are their products great, but they also have a very positive message for women:
”Olay is a brand I respect, trust and believe in. I love the products and message to women to never settle and put their best face forward, every day.”
Previously speaking on her own beauty routine, Katie said that she often has facials but thinks staying hydrated and working out also greatly help her skin. She explained:
”I do a lot of facials to keep my skin in good condition. I drink a lot of water and exercise to keep my skin in order. When I’m working and wearing make-up under light everyday, I do more facials just to clean-up the pores and keep it all going in the right direction.”
