Kate Middleton has reportedly taken up horse riding because husband Prince William has always wanted her to come riding with him and horses are extremely important to him, but sadly she had a horse allergy which has previously stopped her from pursuing the hobby. Now she’s decided to put her discomfort to the side and give it a go anyway because she wants to make him as happy as possible:
“William has always wanted her to ride with him. Horses are a big part of his life. He grew up watching his mother Princess Diana ride and he learned very young. He even had a pony of his own since before he could even ride. He would love to share his love of horses and horseback riding with Kate and she really wants to make him happy.”
Kate knows that many of the family activities involve horse riding so once she gets the hang of it, she’ll be excited to join in on all of the things she’s been missing out on and it will make her feel like she is a bigger part of the family unit:
”She’s really looking forward to being able to join in all the family activities that involve riding. She feels it’s more than worth it to feel like part of the family.”
