Kanye West went all Jackie Chan on a paparazzo who greeted him upon his arrival at LAX airport and now he may be facing felony charges over the incident. Dohh! West allegedly attacked videographer Daniel Ramos (well, there is photographic evidence, see above) and says he provoked him by, er, speaking to him. There is even a video of the whole incident, and Kanye says in front of the camera:
“You’re trying to get me in trouble so I have to pay you, like, $250,000.”
It’s like he had a crystal ball or something, because now it looks as though he is in quite a bit of hot water. Police are currently investigating the whole incident and have yet to decide if he will be charged with felony:
“We can confirm that our detectives are handling the case, however, we’re not sure if a misdemeanor or felony charge will be filed. The charge will determine if it goes to the City Attorney or D.A.’s office.”
A photographer who is aware of Kanye’s temper towards the paparazzi commented on what happened, stating that the rapper is constantly angered by those who try to talk to him especially:
“Kanye hates when the paparazzi speaks to him, he got very annoyed with the videographer and lost it.”
