Justin Bieber says he doesn’t like how other celebrities in relationships try to hide that they’re with someone by waiting and leaving a place separately so that photographers can’t snap the couple together. Justin says he would never make current girlfriend Selena do this because otherwise it seems like there is an element of shame that he hates and wants to avoid – he likes for them to stick together:
”I never make [Selena] separate from me because I don’t want her to ever feel like I’m ashamed of her. Because I feel like a lot of guys do that, especially in the business. They don’t want to be seen with the girl, so they’ll make them ride in separate cars. They’ll do that ‘get away’ stuff. [Selena and I] get away together.”
To avoid fans and the hounding paparazzi, Justin jokes that although they won’t go separately, they do have to sneak around and use the back exits when possible so they can be alone and uninterrupted during their dates:
”We just sometimes … we gotta take back exits.”
