Myles Garrett was not the only defensive end making headlines today, as the Cleveland Browns have lost another member of their practice squad, as Isaac Rochell has opted out of his contract, according to a league memo.
The Browns’ practice squad contract with Isaac Rochell expired
There was no mention of him being signed to another team’s active roster in the memo, only that he was no longer under contract with the Browns.
Rochell made the initial 53-man roster, was waived, returned to the practice squad, and was signed to the active roster before being cut and re-signed to the practice squad in 2022.
So Isaac Rochell was not terminated by the team and was not signed to another team's active roster today. Weird. He's not with the Browns anymore, but no other news in the NFL's memo. pic.twitter.com/i0PRbvUnVy

Perhaps more news will emerge, but for the time being, the only information available is that Rochell is no longer a member of the Browns.
